Refund policy

We offer a simple return and refund policy.

Return Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 24  hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable:

• Used products

• Damaged items not caused during delivery

Refund Process:

• Refund is initiated after product inspection

• Prepaid: Refund to original payment method

• COD: Refund via UPI/Bank Transfer

Refund Time:
5–7 business days after approval
